The check in supposed to be after 3 but the very kind staff had a room for them soon as they walked in about three hours early. Highly recommended for all the travelers from Punjab."

"It always beats me why the Taj Lands End doesn’t follow standard practice for checking out. Instead of using the same desks for check-in and check-out, like all hotels the world over, they refuse to check you out at the check in desks, even when they’re all free. Instead they force you to a undermanned, inefficient, and poorly organized desk where you’re forced to wait, all the while eyeing longingly the many available desks at the check-in counters. Please, please, see the light!"
