Only slight issue for us was we arrived in the evening, by about 9pm, however our room wasn’t ready - as we were travelling with a young baby and had been travelling all day we really needed to access the room quickly. This was the only issue we encountered and everything else was very good. Breakfast and in room dining were very good. "
