This has to be the best stay I had ever! Staff was very accomodating. They were very helpful in extending my checkout time when I got stuck elsewhere. After checkout, I forgot a pair of pants in my room. They mailed my pants back to me. No other place go to this extend for customer care. Wah Taj!

If you want top notch service, look no further!!! This is as good as it gets folks. The staff is attentive, so polite, and they get things done! During our trip to India our family stayed at the Taj coromandel for half the time and at itc for the other half. Taj exceeded in every single parameter except for the size of the room (which we totally get). If not for the space constraint, we will choose the taj every single time!

We were welcomed with smile. There was an issue with price charged compared to the booking price which was resolved amicably. The environment is good. Meals are tasty with good selection of varieties. Staffs are ready to help. Foot spa was an added benefit in the tariff I paid. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
