We recommend staff informing the guests about the app when checking-in. Staff Humza in the front office and Rohit at the concierge service desk are the best in business. They both have pleasing personalities that makes guests stay comfortable and enjoyable."

The location is convenient with close access to Dubai mall and most of the tourist attractions in DXB. There are also a great selection of restaurants in the area.
