Only thing that would need improvement was the pillows , as they were very soft but this of course is preference. Bedding very thick and too heavy during a heat wave. "We enjoyed a good stay at the hotel. It was well situated for our trip to Malvern Spring Flower Show. The staff were lovely and the food was good pub food. "Friendly and welcoming, staff dealt with queries effectively. The restaurant evening meal was delicious as well as the breakfast. I recommend the Farmer's breakfast. Room facilities and decor were great especially the coffee bags and the milk churn for fresh milk, which you could acquire at the bar. However, the bedroom was a bit stuffy so we had to keep the window open which for a light sleeper meant being woken early by traffic noise on the A449."
