"You could hear a lot of noise coming from people in the hallway as it was very echoey and you could hear noises coming from next door as at the time of sleeping as it could be better soundproofing the room from the noise coming from oustide . The room door frame emitts light from the edges that comes from the hallway as it's not a very good door jam seal or sound proof "

"First of all, I'm not that picky, but they really need to update their rooms. The walls were all stained, towel rack was damaged but still hanging on the wall w 2 broken hooks, the water heater was terribly tiny water droplets. There were hair in the bathroom, we got stung at least 10 x the minute we entered the room. There were barely any security on the door, jus a door knob w a button, plus a small tiny hook. All the channels were in Thai even when the screen says dual language. At midnight...

"When open the door, bad smell. When having the shower, water easy to spread out. When press the shampoo bottle, hard to give you a little bit. When pressing the soap bottle, empty. With one supply, with welcome fresh cut watermelon and pineapple, staffs are nice and fix the empty soap bottle immediately, provide floor tower immediately. Price is charged too high for this overall performance. "

"Very good, apart from being put in a room directly beneath their bar/club on floor 32 which played loud music till 0100. They were able to move us the next day to a nicer room albeit 16 floors lower down. Service was great and place was well kept. "
