"Staff were very professional"

"Very friendly and helpful staff but I couldn’t get them to understand that our air conditioning was running rampant and we had to stay under the covers when in the room to stay warm. Still was an overall good experience as usual and they will continue to be the hotel I use when in Bangkok."
