"Nice big room, didn’t really interact with staff or anything other than the room as we were on weekend to the Birmingham games expo. Only 30 min drive to the NEC which was perfect. "Lovely stay just a few things to note. Parking needs to be free/included, it’s £8 but a bit annoying for such an upmarket establishment to charge for it. Grounds are beautiful the building is stunning, staff helpful and friendly.
