"Love staying here. Bed is amazing! The mattress topper is so comfortable. The rooftop pool is very chill and the little gym is nice for a decent workout. The breakfast in the morning is great, not huge but it fills you up. I like staying here when I'm in town and will continue to stay here."

"My first time to stay in a hostel abroad.This place is "A home away from home." "This hotel is a little further out than I wanted but if you like some square footage in you accommodation you need to be prepared for a trade off. It's a nice property but if you want a view make sure you get a front facing room. Front desk was helpful, I think the guy lives there. I don't like Asian food and about 50 feet out the front door is what looks like a coffee shop. It has very good food. Very good. Convienient to the Sky Train. Good value."

"Not a modern or super fancy hotel, but nice accommodations for a week long stay in the Sukhumvit area. Requested a room on the backside of the hotel on a higher floor, and it was quiet from the outside - noise only from other guests in the hotel. Great location with lots of dining options nearby, especially at the shopping malls. Easy access to BTS. The bed was super comfortable, I was happy to lie in it a little longer each day. Supportive, and with enough cushion to absorb hips and shoulders....

"Booked and paid for the non-refundable rate Sukhumvit 23 hotel and arrived after a long drive. The hotel was closed permanently. The guard told me to go to soi 16, which I found to be a completely different type of room than in the pictures. It was in fact a low quality apartment and not even close to what I’m used to staying in with citadines. Nothing was mentioned on the website and I couldn’t even get a refund. Citadines lost a long term guest. Nothing to do with the current situation...
