"The RIU was an incredible experience. Staff were polite and helpful always. The rooms and grounds were always kept clean and the entertainment and shows were a lot of fun. The only disappointment was the Italian restaurant option which you had to make reservations for that actually turned out to be buffet. Food was mediocre at best but the two other dining options for Asian and Lebanese were delicious!! I would definitely return!!"

"Excellent hotel, staff very helpful nothing was a problem to them even if I’d booked the day we were arriving instead of the day before so we could get into our room early, no they rallied around and got us into a room as soon as possible."

"Very close to the Dubai mall and the Burj Khalifa. We stayed very late at the mall and walked back to the hotel. The shuttle offered by the hotel was useful."
