Property is certainly not 3-4 star as advertised. A LOT of work is needed to get to that point especially in terms of bathrooms (there was mold in bathrooms, floors uneven, shower area was horrible) and cleanliness. Limited amenities. Food was good and cultural activities were well arranged. Overall un- satisfactory stay!

Not a 4 star property, 2.5 stars at best.
This property is not definitely 4 star. I've stayed in 3 star resorts that had much better comfort and facilities. Upon arrival, the AC was not working (had to ask room service to change remote batteries), TV had bare minimum SD channels, there was no food menu present in the room. The bar was closed. One thing that was definitely above the level of 5 stars was food prices. 2 Teas for Rs. 286 is something I'm having hard time digesting. No wonder the guests bring food from nearby local restaurants. The rooms are not in great shape, the box springs under mattresses do hurt you, you can feel them. No Dental, shaving kit, something that many 3 star rated properties have. Not coming here again.
286 Rupees for 2 cups of ordinary teas. It's not about paying an extraordinary price, but only if the product or service is extraordinary.

Pool was not clean, full of dirt and leafs.could not enjoy, also no fitness or exercise room is there. Food is ok. Customer service is slow, takes times. Out of five ,I gave three.it is three star services.

Awesome and Fantabulous
It is one any only one amazing resort compared to other properties in mount Abu. Family enjoyed very much. Breakfast was amazing. The only negative point is check out time which is 10:00 AM which is actually not possible to complete the breakfast and then get ready and leave the room. It should be 12:00 PM. Check in time can be 02:00 PM instead of usual 12:00 PM currently.

Nice property. WIFI only in lobby. Only one hr free WIFI in room of total stay, which didn't work. Only one water bottle per day to share with three guests.

There was nothing unique about sterling resorts Mount Abu, such kind of property should shut down. The full tariff of the room was already paid 5 days prior to the checkin, but still my room was given to some other guest and by the time when I reached, there was no other room left in the category which I booked. We were made to wait till 6 pm for the room to get vacant by another guest. Breakfast is horrible and pathetic, staff is not at all trained and professional in their work, especially at reception, rooms are not at all clean and in terrible condition. It took almost 1.5 days to bring one chair for balcony seating. In nutshell it was an intolerable resort. Only two water bottles of 500 ml each were allotted per day for a room and on asking for more, it was flatly refused. We paid a very high amount of money for such a awful and atrocious place. I suggest to everyone that one should not book this Sterling resort at all.
