When they arrive they take 500 baht from me to clean room but no one come to clean room in 2 weeks that I stay there. "The place was great, the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel comes with bike rental facilities. If you are tired of walking around. Rent the bike for a day and drive around to go places. The hotel is right across from the beach and the street behind has nice places if you fancy a drink and want to play billiards. "This is the most horrible experience!! I booked this hotel online and my booking was accepted. The hotel withdrew the money almost immediately after my booking. A couple of days prior to my arrival date, I sent several emails to hotel management asking the hours to use the pool but I never received any responses.
