"This is a lovely place to stay with fantastic staff and a great bar and restaurant- right on the beautiful beach at Agonda. Accommodation is basic but clean and mosquito nets are a bonus. We stayed in a roof top hut which was great - they have kettles and tea/coffee making facilities, also great Aircon and fans. A fridge would be a bonus but there is a free water dispenser in reception which is handy.Recommend this place for a budget conscious stay. Definitely try the restaurant too it’s great."

"A great location in between Patnem and Palolem (both are walkable in 10-15 minutes) in the lovely, quiet village of Colomb. Close to some great spots to watch sunset. Clean and comfortable room, good desk space, and nice balcony. Helpful staff. Would recommend."

"This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in during my travelling around India - and I’m travelling on a budget. The hotel is new so everything is in great condition. It is like a 5* hotel but at such a great price! Also the staff are AMAZING!!! I arrived late and was hungry and after a bad day wanted a beer. "Weird stay here. The grounds weren’t very nicely kept and the ‘deluxe hut’ was far from that. I had the room closest to the bar so it was very noisy because of the loud TV and kids running around the restaurant, not a deluxe experience at all considering the electric, AC and water kept turning off too and I had to ask for it turned back on. It being near the beach is the main advantage but there’s no sun loungers or deck chairs as advertised and the staff aren’t very helpful when trying to...
